My first workout in England
We are staying in Coventry, England befor going to Liverpool. I didn't have a structured workout, so I made my own. We are staying at Coombe Abbey and it's stunning!
12 Days of Christmas
It’s Christmas Eve! Every year Chad and Rebecca put together a 12 Days of Christmas WOD. When we read it before leaving it looked super easy and we figured it would take 25 minutes tops...NOT! I was an hour and 15 minutes and Fen was an hour and 30. It was the hardest workout we have experienced, but surprisingly it was a lot of fun. You want me to do WHAT???
