Todays workout was mostly lower body. This meant we did a bazillion squats. To our surprise this was the first time we felt like we have become stronger. I was a big dork and lost track of my 4th round. This meant I did an extra round.
We are staying in Coventry, England befor going to Liverpool. I didn't have a structured workout, so I made my own. We are staying at Coombe Abbey and it's stunning!
