Setting Goals

I decided it's important to have long term and short term goals.  The long term is obvious, become healthier, feel better, become fit, not feel like i am going to die walking up the stairs.

The short term goals need to be attainable and reasonable.

1.  Be patient, results will come
2.  Be consistent; no lame excuses
3.  Don't eat the elephant at once - scale when necessary
4.  Respect limitations, but don't give up
5.  Don't get brain "F-'d" - mind gives out before the body
6.  Understand sometime it's going to suck, get over it!
7.  Respect the journey, it takes time to master the skills
8.  JUST DO IT!!
