Wall Balls, Pull-ups & Man Makers ---oh no!

We continue to go to our Crossfit training at 05:30 because it's pretty warm after work.  I can't lie it's really, really hard to get up, but we are committed (or will be committed)!

Again,  today I got dizzy and light headed.  Our coach told me I am probably holding my breath. My new goal is to focus on proper breathing.  Hopefully this will help with my endurance and mental clarity.  Hmmm...does that mean I need to stop being an airhead  or should I become an airhead???
